Cruelty for Breakfast?

Chickens who lay eggs on factory farms live in tiny wire cages—they don’t even have enough room to turn around or spread a single wing! And because egg hatcheries have no use for male chicks, they often suffocate, decapitate, or crush them—or they grind them up while they’re still alive.

This is just one of the many reasons why I choose to be vegan and it's not as difficult and 'restrictive' as people think - I can still enjoy many of the things non-vegans do, just without the cruelty!
