1. Who are we
PointBlog is a website and a service that offers its users to earn points by making use of blogging through PointBlog. The earned points can then be used to order products from our suppliers in the shop at PointShop.
PointShop is a website and service, that offers its members to earn points by using the advertisers offers through PointShop. The earned points can then be used to order products from our suppliers in the web shop at PointShop. These terms describes, how you may use PointBlog’s services and website (www.pointblog.co.uk), and how we protect your personal information.

You cannot make use of PointBlog if you do not accept the conditions for use of PointBlog and Point Shop.
2. Terms and contract award
2.1 Acceptance of the terms and agreement.
When you register as a user (member) of PointBlog, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to PointBlog’s conditions, and that this shall be deemed to constitute an agreement between you and PointBlog, and you and PointBlog is bound by the conditions terms.
By signing up for PointBlog, you also give consent to PointBlog must send electronic newsletters to you on the e-mail address, you sign up with. The newsletter contains information on offers, including products, promotions, sweepstakes and other, offered via PointBlog by PointBlog’s advertisers.
We reserve the right to update, transform and change the conditions and our policy on protection of personal data as necessary and without prior notice. All such updates, modifications, and changes are binding on all users of PointBlog, and will be posted here. You are therefore invited regularly to keep you informed about the content of our conditions and protection of personal data. Major updates, modifications, and changes in the conditions will be published on the front of the PointBlog’s homepage.
2.2 Rights
All rights to the concept Point and Blog Site www.pointplog.co.uk, its service concept, design, content and share items including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, sound and video recordings, software and URLs belong to PointBlog and/or advertiser and/or supplier and shall not, without PointBlog’s and/or advertiser and/or vendor specific prior consent copied, displayed or distributed to third parties, including ordinary linking and deep linking. Exercise without such permission of the concept PointBlog, www.pointblog.co.uk website and its contents constitute a violation of copyright law, including this Act rules on database protection, just as there can be no other violations of other intellectual property legislation, and Marketing Act.
3. Registration as a user (member)
3.1 A special note for children under 15 years
You must be 15 or older to sign up Point Blog. Do not join, if you are less than 15 years.
3.2 A special note to parents of children less than 15 years.
While we prohibit enrolment of children less than 15 years, should you as parents supervise your children’s online activities and consider options for safer use of Internet by using controlling programs from online services and software providers that help to create a child-friendly environment on the Internet.
These tools can also prevent children pass on their name, address and other personal information without parental permission.
3.3 Information on personal information and password.
To use PointBlog please tell us about your identity, be a private person, more than 15 years, not incapacitated adults and reside in the UK.
If there are changes in your personal information, you are obliged to update them at PointBlog.
3.4 E-mail address and personal password.
When you sign up at PointBlog, you have to register with an e-mail address and a password.
In some cases PointBlog awards you an automatically generated password which you cannot decide yourself.
The password is personal information that you are obliged to keep to yourself and therefore must not delegate to others. It gives you the assurance that only you can access your account on www.pointblog.co.uk.
If you suspect that someone has accessed your password, you must immediately notify PointBlog’s Support. Failing this, you could be liable for any abuse. You will shortly receive a confirmation from the Support of the fact that we have blocked your account indicating the time of your message.
PointBlog is not responsible for any loss due to a third party obtains access to the account, or there is disclosure of passwords to third parties.
You must be a registered user of the e-mail address you are using. This means that your e-mail account must be personal and must be attached to an e-mail account with a password. Your e-mails may not be available to others. Your e-mail account should not automatically delete your e-mail. Thus, for example do not mailinator.com and similar.
3.5 User Account (member account).
We only allow one user per account per person. It is not allowed to have multiple user accounts. It is thus not allowed to create a user account on his home address and one at his office address, educational or similar.
It is not allowed to join with another person’s e-mail address, name or other personal information. It is also not allowed to carry out bid or buy with another person’s e-mail address, name or other personal information.
Anyone who has multiple user accounts (whether it is from the same IP or e-mail address) can get all user accounts closed and lose all their accrued points.
Any user, who gets his/her account closed, cannot create another account at PointBlog.
3.6 Newsletters
As a member of PointBlog you receive electronic newsletters from PointBlog via e-mail to inform you about news and offers.
PointBlog bears no responsibility if a newsletter or other communications from PointBlog does not reach a user, or if a user’s e-mail or other communications do not come to PointBlog, for example, if the e-mails will be caught in spam filters.
3.7 Closing Account

Notice that your blog posts and other content not will be deleted. You can have your blog posts and other content deleted if you have not used your earned points at PointShop.co.uk. I cases where your points have been used on your account and you want to have blog posts and other content, you can get them removed upon payment of a fee of £0.50 per 100 points. The fee covers the costs PointBlog have had upon payment of your points and administration
Any attempt unauthorized access (e.g. Hacking) for the site is illegal and will be prosecuted.
4. Earning points through blogging.
4.1 Creating blog posts and other content
You can earn points by blogging in ways that are clear from www.pointblog.co.uk. You only earn points if you follow the procedure for the creation of blog posts and other content.
You do not earn points by blogging on other sites, etc. You also only earn points by creating blog posts and other content that you have not already created earlier through other websites, etc.
If we find that the points earned by unlawful means, for example by exploiting technical vulnerabilities in PointBlog’s system, your account will be closed without further notice. In this case you will be deleted as a user at PointBlog, and you lose any points that you’ve earned.
In order to earn points you should first make sure that your browser is set to accept all cookies, so PointBlog can detect the process correctly.
4.2 Editing of blog posts and other content
PointBlog reserve the right to edit your blog posts and other content in preparation to increase the number of viewers of your blog posts and other content on the basis of searches on search engines.
4.3 Requirements and guidelines for blog posts and other content
PointBlog does not control the content that you publish in advance, but reserves the right to conduct random checks at PointBlog.co.uk. You must be sure that the content of any of your posts or other content are not racist, libellous, obscene, violates another’s privacy or otherwise violate any applicable laws, just as it cannot encourage others to break the law.
In addition, make sure that your posts and other content does not violate intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyright and trademark rights. You represent so that you possess the necessary rights to the material that you upload.
To the extent that your posts and other content contain pictures and video material with other people, please be aware that these may have to authorize the publication. This could be the case if the images are recorded on private premises. You bear the responsibility to obtain the necessary permits from those encountered in image or video material.
Please be aware that you are in your blog posts and other content must not identify other otherwise, for example, by entering their full name, address, telephone number, email address or similar without their consent.
You must also not reveal confidential information.
Your blog posts and other content must not contain content of a pornographic nature.
You may not in your blog posts and other content harass or otherwise annoy or demean others.
Your blog posts and other content must not be in the nature of commercial messages, and they must not contain advertising, commercial Internet links, links and similar.
Never download or otherwise copy the material, as others have published/uploaded, unless it is for your own personal use.
Your blog posts and other content must respect the current legislation, and you bear the legal and criminal liability for that is the case. Any claims against PointBlog.co.uk as a result of your posts will therefore always be pursued to you, and you must keep PointBlog.co.uk harmless in every respect.

4.4 Violation of the requirements and guidelines.
If you after PointBlog’s assessment violates these requirements or guidelines, PointBlog reserves the right to edit your blog posts and other content, so they are brought in line with the requirements and guidelines. At the same time PointBlog has the right to modify the value of the blog posts and other content and thus marking of the created blog posts and other content.
PointBlog is also always entitled to delete your posts, your information, pictures and video material or other content at www.pointblog.co.uk without prior notice if PointBlog evaluate or are made aware of that your blog posts and other content is contrary to existing law and these requirements and guidelines.
If your blog posts and other content more than twice has been offensive, discriminatory and insulting or is manifestly unlawful or illegal, then PointBlog have the right without prior notice to delete your user, so you no longer can use www.pointblog.co.uk.
Repeated violations of these requirements and guidelines resulting in expulsion from PointBlog as a whole, and violation of law, including those on peace and defamation, privacy violations, copyright law, etc.., Can lead to report to the police.
It is only PointBlog’s decision, how the violation of these guidelines is sanctioned. PointBlog calls for self justice on PointBlog and has therefore established a "notifying-this-post-button" on all blog posts so that other users are encouraged to report it to PointBlog, if they believe a user does not respect these guidelines.
4.5 Rights of the material.
When you publish/upload your blog posts and other content on the blog on www.pointblog.co.uk, you give permission for others to have access to view the material on www.pointblog.co.uk.
Upon payout of points for your blog posts and other content, it is seen as a sale of this to PointBlog.
PointBlog hereby own the blog posts and other content in question.
If you use PointBlog.co.uk, you allow PointBlog to use your blog posts, material, pictures, recordings or other content indefinite in all ways and in all present as future medias, hereby also in connection with marketing and demonstration of services.
PointBlog has the right to publish or pass on blog posts and other content to third party.
4.6 Updating the points.
You can only earn points at PointBlog if the following conditions are met:
• The fact that there is only one user per account per mailing address/household
• That the personal information (such as e-mail, name, address) on the user account is correct at all times
• The blog post and other content has not previously been created - through other channels like. websites, etc.
• That all the conditions for the creation of blog posts and other content are met
•That settings in your browser, spyware and PC are correct, so fulfilling creation of blog posts and other content is possible
• The absence of system failure or crash into PointBlog’s IT system or third-party IT system with the result that points are not recorded
PointBlog record your points as soon as possible.
If you think you have created a blog post and other content, and your points are not updated within 2 days, please check that you have lived up to conditions for the creation of blog posts. If you think you have met the requirements, please forward your blog post and other content to Support, which will then review the matter.
4.7 Advertisers conditions.
PointBlog priority that both users and bidders (advertisers) have a good experience with www.pointblog.co.uk, and we therefore choose our bidders with care.
PointBlog is in no way responsible for the contracts, as a user enters into with a bidder (advertiser), and all bids conducted for the user’s own risk.
PointBlog is not responsible for advertiser’s offers, service and products. If there are problems with an advertiser’s offer, service or product, please contact the advertiser directly.
4.8 Subscription on VIP
PointBlog offer, through different campaigns, hereunder VIP Silver and VIP Gold, members an opportunity to earn more points than none VIP members. Beside that you get a long row of functions available, which makes it funnier to be a blogger at PointBlog.co.uk. See precisely what you get on the 2 subscriptions via the menu “Help” -> “user advantages”.
4.8.1 Terms for VIP subscription
Upon your subscription you accept, that PointBlog.co.uk may withdrawn the agreed amount periodically in correspondence with the chosen VIP subscription. When you purchase the VIP subscription we upgrade your account to VIP, until you unsubscribe either via http://pointblog.dk/VIP.htm or by contacting our telephonically support
You have to be authorised and be 18 years of age or more to sign up for the VIP subscription.
A subscription for VIP is related to one PointBlog.co.uk login and may not be transferred to another PointBlog.co.uk login.
Both VIP subscription and PointBlog.co.uk login are personal, and cannot be turned over to others or lend out. As well as the VIP subscription, PointBlog.co.uk login and other services cannot be turned over from one PointBlog.co.uk login to another.
Any breach of the terms can lead to blocking of PointBlog.co.uk login. This is done without replacing purchased VIP.
During special campaign offers and related messages, PointBlog.co.uk sent information to your e-mail address.
The VIP subscription is offered by PointBlog.co.uk, which is owned, developed and run by PointBlog A/S. When you sign up for a subscription you thereby conclude an agreement with PointBlog A/S, Skibbrogade 3, 3. sal, 9000 Aalborg, CVR: 32356753, tlf. +45 89 93 92 20
4.8.2 Price for VIP
All prices are incl. Danish VAT.
VIP Silver costs 9.99 GBP per month. The subscription is automatically renewed for a period of 1 or 3 months ahead, until you chose to unsubscribe it
VIP Gold costs 29.97 GBP per month. The subscription is automatically renewed for a period 30 ahead, until you chose to unsubscribe it
The above mentioned prices are PointBlog’s normal subscription costs. In some cases the VIP subscriptions can vary in price and periods, for example if you use on of PointBlog’s introduction offers. These periods and prices will be described in the terms of the offer in question.
4.8.3 Ordering of VIP subscription
You can pay with the stated payment methods on the site.
The subscription starts upon ordering and payment for the period will be withdrawn at once.
You will receive a receipt as an order confirmation of your purchase. The receipt is an evidence of the agreed. PointBlog does not guarantee that the sent receipt gets there. If you after your purchase have not received your receipt you have to contact the support at PointBlog.co.uk at once.
4.8.4 Responsibility renunciation regarding VIP subscription
PointBlog.co.uk strive that PointBlog.co.uk and the associated functions associated with the VIP subscription are available during all times. PointBlog.co.uk are not accountable for looses of points or purchased VIP, which may occur as a result of technical errors, problem with connectivity to the internet, processing of data in connection with payment, cancellation blog posts and other content, errors in blog posts and other content, fraud or looses caused in other ways. PointBlog.co.uk will in cause of longer downtime or limited functionality in the VIP subscription extend the subscription period.
PointBlog.co.uk cannot guarantee that the notification e-mail reaches you.
The blog posts and other content, which are created via MMS, you pay ordinary MMS rates for through your mobile operator.
Your VIP subscription is subject to the ordinary terms for use of PointBlog.co.uk. If these are not respected, your VIP subscription can be closed without previous warning, without you being able to claim your subscription fee back.
Changes can be made to the terms. Therefore it is your responsibility to keep updated with the current terms.
4.8.5 Termination of VIP subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time to the expiration of the current subscription period (not later than 1 hours before expiry).
You can terminate your VIP subscription either by the self service area or by contacting our telephone support
Beside that you can terminate your subscription by sending a letter to PointBlog A/S, Att.: Support PointBlog.co.uk, Skibbrogade 3, 3. sal, 9000 Aalborg.
4.8.6 Right of regret regarding VIP subscription
As purchase of VIP Gold subscription service, demand usage immediately after purchase, the purchase cannot be undone and the amount cannot be reclaimed.
5. PointShop.
5.1 The use of points

5.2 Creation of PointShop account via PointBlog
When you make an account at PointShop.co.uk via PointBlog.co.uk you at the same time accept PointShop’s terms. You can read PointShop’s terms here
6. Personal data
6.1 Processing of Personal Data
Consideration of all personal information is governed by the Privacy Act.
The data that we collect or you provide to us will be encrypted and stored on servers that are protected by passwords and firewalls. Your information is only available to you and trusted staff of PointBlog.
PointBlog will under no circumstances pass on these data, unless you have given your consent. Exception to this is if the law requires it, or in response to a valid request from a law enforcement or public authority.
6.2 Automatic collection of personal data.
A condition to earn points at www.pointblog.co.uk if your browser is set to accept cookies. A cookie is a small file with information that a website stores permanently on your computer’s hard drive. There are also cookies, which linked temporarily to your computer when you visit the site, but disappear when you close the page down. The cookie enables the site to recognize your computer and used to improve the ease of use. Cookies are used by the majority of all major websites.
Our cookies reveals and contains no identifiable personal data, but enables us to collect, record and examine what parts of our site that interests you, and how long you stay on the site. In this way we can organize the site to suit your needs. We can also see which sites visitors are coming from.
You can always delete these cookies. If you set up your Internet settings to automatically delete cookies, it may mean that the point-accrual is not working properly and you would not have earned points. Your IP address is also registered. We use your IP address for statistical purposes and to target our advertising and layout of the site.
6.3 Third party personal politics.
PointShop collects only your personal data with your explicit consent.
6.3.1 Advertisers or other companies.
PointBlog’s site contains links to other websites - typically advertisers. PointBlog has no control over the content of third party sites and is not responsible for these Web sites for use, personal politics or personal data, they explicitly or automatically had to collect. The use you make of such sites, are subject to the third men’s terms and conditions, including their rules on personal data. We encourage you to read their conditions and protection of personal data carefully.
6.3.2 Special event.
We may under confidence share certain parts of statistical data. This data may include demographic data such as age and/or geographic location of groups of users. No personal data such as names or e-mail addresses will be identifiable from such statistics.
When you use PointBlog, information on your behaviour in purified form can be used in a larger study or analysis by example visitors purchasing behaviour. Information about your specific blog posts will not be used separately from you as a person. Such studies will be made by us or our partners, which are subject to confidentiality.
We will not sell or share your personal data with other companies in our group without your explicit consent. We reserve the right to sell or distribute any data, including personal data to third parties in the event of a sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganization or liquidation of our group - including the PointBlog.

8. Responsibilities.
8.1 Limitation of Liability.
PointBlog assumes no further responsibility than PointBlog is obliged under Danish law. PointBlog assume, however, in no case liability for incidental or consequential damages of any kind, unless PointBlog has shown gross negligence or intentional.
PointBlog is, in any event no liability in circumstances such as the PointBlog has no control (force majeure), for example but not limited to: strike, lockout, fire, lack of transport, war, currency restrictions, computer viruses, hacking, system failure and -outcome, the ban on the import / export, energy outages, etc.
8.2 Responsibility and the barring of abuse.
You may be responsible for others' unjustified use of your password to your account in accordance with the rules and restrictions arising from the tender Act Section 11
PointBlog can block your account in the following cases when you communicate Support that you suspect unwarranted abuse of your password, see Section 3.4, or if PointBlog has reason to believe that your account is subject to abuse. The account will be reopened once it is certain that there is no abuse, since you also receive a new password.
8.3 General net etiquette.
We reserve the right to delete a profile, if the general net etiquette is not respected. Good general net etiquette is nice behaviour and good tone in which you show respect for PointBlog and other people.
8.4 Regarding advertising for competitive services
It is not allowed to advertise for competitive services to PointBlog, PointShop or PointCard or other of CM Network A/S concepts via written blog posts or other content. In case of this in form of post or comment, we reserve the right to send a collection of £50 exclusive VAT per violation.
9. Breach of terms.
PointBlog reserves the right without notice to delete you as a user, if you breached the Conditions terms. If you are deleted as a user because of misconduct, PointBlog is also eligible to close your account, which you lose the points, you’ve earned.
PointBlog naturally want a good relationship with all of our users and our support will in cases of abuse, as a rule contact you to determine whether the abuse caused by an inadvertent action on your part.
You should, however, in all cases where you are in doubt about rules and conditions, please contact our support, so you can get guidance and explanation of the correct use of PointBlog.
10 Venue and choice of law
Any dispute that comes from these terms and protection of personal data has to be settles at the city court in Aalborg as the first instance and according to Danish law.
